The Flavorful Pita Experience at Castle Bake Pita

At Castle Bake Pita, the spotlight is on the humble pita, a traditional Middle Eastern bread that serves as the base for many of their mouthwatering dishes. The variety of pita options available ensures there’s something for every taste, from the classic Zaatar and Cheese Pie to more substantial dishes like the Chicken Shawarma Plate.

Signature Pies and Pitas

The menu at Castle Bake Pita features a wide range of pies and pitas, each made with high-quality ingredients to deliver exceptional taste. One of the highlights is the Spinach and Cheese Meat Pie, a satisfying blend of fresh spinach, creamy cheese, and tender meat, encased in a perfectly baked crust. Another crowd favorite is the Zaatar and Cheese Pie, which offers a zesty mix of zaatar spice and melty cheese, making it a perfect choice for a light snack or a filling meal.

For a heartier option, try the Labneh Pita, where the creamy labneh (strained yogurt) is paired with flavorful vegetables and wrapped in soft pita bread. The Meet Pita Pie with Cheese is another option that combines flavorful meats and cheese, creating a balanced, savory experience.

Shawarma and Other Grilled Delights

Castle Bake Pita is also renowned for its Shawarma options, a Middle Eastern classic that has become a beloved dish worldwide. The Chicken Shawarma Plate is an absolute must-try, featuring juicy, spiced chicken served with rice and fresh sides. If you're craving something lighter, the Shawarma Wrap is a great alternative, offering the same deliciously seasoned chicken wrapped in warm pita bread for a quick and tasty meal.

For vegetarians or those seeking a meat-free option, Castle Bake Pita offers the Falafel on Sauj, where crispy falafel balls are served on a traditional flatbread, and the Falafel Platter, which includes a variety of dips and sides to complement the falafel’s rich flavors.

Fresh and Flavorful Sides to Complete Your Meal

To complement the savory pies and pitas, Castle Bake Pita offers a selection of fresh, vibrant sides that add a burst of flavor to your meal. The Tabbouleh, a refreshing salad made with parsley, mint, tomatoes, and bulgur, is the perfect balance to any of the heartier dishes on the menu.

For fans of classic Mediterranean dips, the Hummus is a creamy, smooth option that pairs beautifully with fresh pita bread. Another popular side is the Foul Falafel, a flavorful blend of fava beans and spices that makes for a delicious, protein-packed accompaniment.

For a Sweet Touch

While Castle Bake Pita is known for its savory dishes, there's also a selection of sweet treats to enjoy after your meal. The Fresh Chicken Fatayer, a baked pastry filled with tender chicken and spices, provides a satisfying end to your meal, while their Great Tea Selection is the perfect way to wash it all down. What customers say about us

Mahdi “Maudy McFly” Miganeh

My wife told me that years ago, her car broke down near this bakery. When they saw her they came out and told her to come in to their bakery and eat and have tea for free while they changed her tire. I believe it. I went today and they were soooo kind and patient. Such good welcome... I didn't even tell you about the food! Everything is delicious. I mean EVERYTHING. Don't believe me? Go try them out. Masha Allah. Even with construction on the street, it's still busy and the food is delicious.

I have been wanting to check this place out each time I am in Edmonton. This past long weekend a few of us went there for Brunch. We ordered an assortment of manaeesh. Zaatar w Cheese, spinach with cheese, lahm b3jeen. I liked the spinach but wasn’t a fan of the cheese on it. We also ordered foul, eggs and awarma, hummus and labneh. All in all was a great breakfast. Didnt love the styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. But I can appreciate that its for efficiency as it is super busy.
